Terms of Use and Conditions

By using the site, you are accepting the following terms and conditions:

 

Pricing

All prices shown on this website are in New Zealand Dollars, and are subject to change without notice, and include any applicable GST. We are a Tax Registered Business and will provide a tax invoice with all goods sold. The shopping cart will display the total (incl. GST) price.

We reserve the right to add additional freight charges in unusual circumstances, such as extra large, heavy or difficult items, or shipping to remote areas from our location. Otherwise shipping is flat rate of $6.00 and if spend is over $80.00 then shipping will be free.

Prices change from time to time; we do endeavour to be accurate, and we will contact you if a price has changed significantly from our published price when you place your order. Please note that, prices on many items are changing over time, and we can’t credit or refund the difference for any price drop after we have sent out your order.

Ordering

When placing an order you agree that all the information given is accurate and complete. You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. 


By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. If we cannot accept your order we will contact you by email and shall refund any amount already paid to us. We will always make every effort to supply you with the products listed in your order confirmation.

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Method and Labelling:  We aim to dispatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Your purchase will be delivered to your door via Courier

  • No Signature Required: All deliveries will not require a signature unless specifically stated by you.  

  • Despatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched.

  • Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 7 days if your item is in stock.  All back orders will be delivered within 21 days unless personally notified. 

Returns Policy

It's our aim at Aubrey Podiatry to provide a Returns service that is totally hassle-free for you.

We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully and the item is in the sellable condition with all parts of the product tags and box included. If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
 

Returning and Item

How to:

  1. Put your unused labelled item for return back in it's original packaging.

  2. Post the item back to Aubrey Podiatry 45 Heaton Street, Timaru, New Zealand. Include your name, phone number and e-mail address with the item.

  3. We will be in touch by e-mail if there are any issues or when your return has been processed.

Here are some guidelines to help you get the best and fastest return service:

  • Each returned item should be in it's original packaging with the manufacturers labels attached.  Please do not tape or attach labels directly to the retail packaging.

  • We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.

  • It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them within 48hrs. As soon as your return has been processed by our team we will email you to let you know.  In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team.
