Principle Podiatrist
Louise Aubrey

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven I am a podiatrist with a passion for clinical excellence, continuous learning, and embracing opportunities that lead to personal and professional growth.
I believe that success comes from never standing still and always striving to improve.
As the founder of Aubrey Podiatry, I am genuinely invested not only in the growth of my practice but also in the wellbeing and development of the wider community. I offer free podiatry school screening clinics, footwear education and injury prevention talks and offer workplace assessments.
I enjoy mentoring and supporting others to achieve their goals, helping both patients and colleagues reach their full potential.
My approach is characterised by a relentless drive for improvement. Going above and beyond is not the exception it is the standard. Whether through patient care, professional development, business growth, or community engagement. I am committed to making a meaningful difference.
I believe in treating people, not just feet, and in delivering care that
focuses on the underlying cause of problems rather than simply managing symptoms.
Always striving for clinical excellence.

I have been a practising podiatrist for over 20 years, I love helping my patients and there is nothing I would rather be doing. There's nothing more satisfying than helping someone in pain become pain free.

After graduating as a Podiatrist in 2005, I started my career working for Sportsmed in Christchurch where I gained valuable experience in sports podiatry and worked alongside some of New Zealand's leading sports practitioners. I continued my study, while working at Sportmed and in 2006 I graduated from Otago University with Postgraduate Diploma of Sports Medicine.

In 2006 I shifted to Timaru, where I have worked for the last ten years in a general podiatry practice. I have been treating patients throughout South and Mid Canterbury, Geraldine, Temuka, and Fairlie in private practice and I have also practised in Oamaru Hospital treating and managing diabetic foot care.

In my spare time, I enjoy skiing, swimming and fishing. I am a member of South Canterbury's branch of Zonta, helping with fundraising, which keeps me up to date on what's happening in the community. My husband and I have two children Harry and Annabel who are keen sports people which keeps us very busy during the week and weekends.
